Videos are decoded and encoded by your browser's own video engine (WebCodecs); Scissor Film ships no video or audio decoders of its own. MP3 files are made with the LAME MP3 encoder, compiled to WebAssembly and used under the GNU LGPL. Its source code is linked above, and the encoder is a separate file you may replace with your own build.
