Your videos
Every tool, the video editor and the screen recorder run in your browser. The videos, music, photos and subtitle files you open, the recordings you make and the files you save are never sent to us or to anyone else. We never receive them, so we cannot see, keep or share them.
What we count
The site counts page views and tool use anonymously, without cookies and without storing anything on your device, so we can see which tools are used and fix what breaks. File names and contents are never part of it.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the page's language and the time and wording of your consent, only to send you one email when new tools launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Forms
If you contact us, report a problem, rate a tool or join the waitlist, we store what you send in our own customer care service on this site, only to answer you or to send the one email you asked for. Nothing is shared or sold. To have it deleted, write to us.
Camera, microphone and screen
The screen recorder asks your browser for the screen, the microphone or the camera only when you start a recording. What it records stays in the tab until you save it.
The speech model
Subtitles from speech in the editor use the Whisper model, downloaded from this site and kept in your browser's cache.
